Since the acquisition of her BCom degree, she has distinguished herself to work in various capacities with focus on project management, finance, accounting, sales, marketing and business administration capacity in various organizations. She has been actively involved in Leadership roles from her childhood to University, Church and at work level. Ms. Nancy Jemeli Chumba is the team leader and the Head of client Service at Inspire Africa Initiatives. Ms. Jemeli has over 5 years’ experience on Client Service and Business Administration in both public and private sector. He holds a diploma in Marketing and Public Relations and currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Inspire Africa Initiatives she was working for the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) under the finance department (Projects) and Hawi & Associates, CPA (K).
Mr. Ray Odero Ouko is the overall head of ICT and Technical Services at Inspire Africa Initiatives. Mr. Ouko has over 10 years’ experience in both public and private sector specializing in Business ICT Solutions, Research & Innovation and Software Development. He holds a Master Degree in IT (IT Security and Audit) from Strathmore University, a degree in Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Nairobi Kenya. He also holds a CISA Certificate and ACCN 4. Mr Ouko has successfully spearheaded a number of IT projects at NHIF, Micro City Computers, Mambo Software Nairobi and Nairobi West Hospital. He has hands on experience on System administration, IT service de-livery, Technical and desktop support for Microsoft Windows operating systems (Xp,Vista,7,8,8.1), Experience in Management and administration of Business Information Technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Inspire Africa Initiatives he was the IT Specialist responsible IT Risk Solutions and Software development and based in Nairobi
Ms. Nancy Judith Alosa is the company’s Human Resource & Administration Manager effective January 2017. Nancy is the Team Leader and responsible for the overall strategic Human Resources and Administration function of Inspire Africa Initiatives International. Ms. Alosa has over 15 years experience in both public and private sector specializing in HR, Administration & Strategy;Finance; Media; Business Research, Innovation & Development; Sales & Marketing; ICT, Business Startups & Entreprenuership; among others. She has also served as a board Member at the Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) Nairobi Branch and also at KRCS Lower Eastern Regional Board. Nancy holds a degree in Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University; a Diploma in Journalism from Kenya Institute of Mass Communication; Certificate in IT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management. She has also attended and participated in several short and professioanal courses including training on Good Corporate Governance, Entreprenuership Mentorship, Occupational safety and Health Awareness, ICT, Public Finance Management, Human Resource Management, Applied Research and Currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi. Prior to joining Inspire Africa Initiatives she was the Team Leader responsible for Business Research, Innovations and Development at Hwansung Industries Limited, Nairobi. CPA Esau D‘Wesa has been a lead consultant in tax and finance at Altitude consultants a firm specializing in rendering consultancy and training services in accounting, taxation and finance. He has over 10 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management. CPA Wesa is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He is a seasoned trainer in accounting and finance related areas. He is currently a part time lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta university of Agriculture and Technology, Kakamega campus and also consults specializing in finance and tax related areas.
CPA Wesa is currently a PHD student in finance at JKUAT. Prior to this he graduated with a first class honors degree in finance (B com finance) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Master’s degree in Business administration (Finance) from the same institution.

CPA Dr. Micah Odhiambo Nyamita worked at KCA University, rising from the level of assistant lecturer to the level of Principal / Centre Director at KCA University campus in Kisumu. He has also been a consultant and a business lecturer, specializing in the area of financial accounting, governance, management accounting, financial management, taxation and auditing; including for professional examinations (CPA-K and ACCA) and academic students, both at a postgraduate and undergraduate levels for the last 15 years. He also served as a part-time lecturer for some Kenyan public universities, such as Maseno University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology, Bondo University of Technology and Baraton University of Eastern Africa-Rwanda.
Dr. Nyamita completed his full-time Public Management doctoral degree at Durban University of Technology in South Africa. He also served as a part-time lecturer in the department of Management Accounting and Business Unit within the university from 2013 to 2015. Prior to his doctoral programme and after, he served at KCA University, rising from the level of assistant lecturer to the level of Principal / Centre Director at KCA University campus in Kisumu.

Dr. Othieno Nyanjom holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from the School of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies, University of Sussex; a MSc. in International Development Studies from University of Bradford, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Government from University of Nairobi. He has attended several professional workshops both locally and overseas in leadership, financial analysis, program management, supervision, procurement, and training of trainers.
Dr Othieno has over 20 years’ experience in leading and developing successful teams in government-related institutions, non-governmental organizations and the private sector. He has worked as a consultant with Salaries and Remuneration Commission, Africa Centre for Open Governance, Kenya Institute of Public Policy Research and Analysis, National AIDS Control Council, Africa Centre for Open Governance, Health Network/AMREF, Strathmore Governance Centre, Global Integrity (US), Society for International Development/Ministry of Planning and National Development, Institute of Economic Affairs, Futures Group International and other governmental and non-governmental organisations. He has also worked and attended workshops at the Institute for Development Studies, University of Nairobi, Strathmore Governance Centre, Strathmore University, Nairobi, Kenya, School of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies and the University of Sussex.
In 2016, Dr. Othieno published a chapter for the Kenya National Human Development Report 2015 and others. FCPA John M.G. Kabiru is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good professional standing with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial management, accounting, auditing and information systems management. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is an institutional development advisor in financial systems and banking who is motivated in sharing his wealth of knowledge. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA-Finance) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration (banking) at the same University.
He has over 20 years’ experience in wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial management, accounting, auditing and information systems management from both public and private sector. His key career achievements include:

Dr. Jonah Kangogo is a risk management professional with expertise in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Operational Risk and Business re-engineering. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited (SCBL) for the last 19 years having joined the organization in 2001 in its Business Technology Division. He has worked across various functions in the bank: Operational Excellence (OpEx), Vendor Management, Information Technology, Customer Service, Operational Risk and Business Compliance.
Dr. Kangogo has conducted Operational Risk and Business Compliance reviews in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, Cameroon, Zambia, Pakistan and Cote d’Ivoire (CDI). Jonah is currently the Principal, Financial Markets Compliance for Kenya and East Africa at the SCBL. He is a member of the governing council of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST) where he chairs the Audit, Risk & Governance Committee. He is also a trustee of the JOOUST Staff Retirement Pension Scheme and Standard Chartered Bank Pension Fund. He chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of the JOOUST Staff Retirement Pension Scheme.
Jonah obtained his doctor of philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Supply Chain Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT) where he taught supply chain management-related units at post-graduate level. He has also taught risk management units at the Africa Nazarene (ANU) Business School. Jonah is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and is a member of the Chartered Insititute of Securities & Investments (MCSI). He has training/ certifications in Corporate Governance, ACI dealing, Pensions Management, ACI Operations, Computer Programing, Computer Networking, Business Leadership. He has a Master of Science in Procurement and Logistics and an Executive Master of Business Administration. His research interests are in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Risk Management and has published in international peer-reviewed academic journals.
He is an avid reader and takes an interest in mentorship and environmental conservation issues.
